Led Zeppelin [ˌ lɛdzɛplɪn]
is an English rock band in the late 1960s and 1970s. The band has sold 300 million albums, thereof 100 million in the U.S., not just one of the most successful rock bands, but is also considered a pioneer the Hard Rock and Heavy Metal. It processes but also influences from other musical genres like the blues and folk music. One of her most famous song is Stairway to Heaven.
The band consisted of the formation in 1968 until its dissolution in 1980 by going from Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and John Bonham, they broke up after Bonham died in September 1980. On 10 December 2007, at a concert in London, the official reunification of Plant, Page and Jones as "Led Zeppelin" instead, which was also John Bonham's son Jason Bonham participated as a drummer.
